Goodbye to you

Summer is whirling down to an end here in MN and I am one of the few who aren't in mourning. I was going FULL throttle into fall including accessorizing my boys in chunky sweaters, hats and scarves, and then I came across this photo and it made me a little misty with regrets of ALL the things I had intended for our family to do this summer but never got around to it. I will not have the same regrets with fall, we are going to apple orchards, pumpkin patches, hayrides, and raking peoples yards EVERY chance we get. Goodbye summer we will certainly miss your ease of getting in and out of the car without puffy coats to shove into car-seats...
